Andiological Studies of Korean Speech Sounds

Abstract

|
As a fundamental work to estabilish an ideal articulation test list with Korean language, analysis of 77,898 Korean speech sounds was done and found --´-7 kinds of speech sounds.
There were 498 speech sounds which has occurance of more than 10 times among 77,898 speech sounds. From these 498 speech sounds auther selected 100 monosylables set with consideration of equal constitution of syllable structure, articulation score and in order of its frequency. With these selected 100 monosyllable sounds articulation curres were plotted with normal samples, various pathological conditions and under certain noise circumstances.
